General Bonus Terms and Conditions

The General Terms shall apply to all interactions with CasinoStates casino and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.
A player's casino account balance combines the cash balance and the bonus balance. When your account balance is credited with any bonus (Coupon bonus, free bonus, and promotional bonus) these credits will be added to your "casino account balance". All Deposits and cash back bonuses will be added to your "casino account balance". All winnings using your Cash Balance will be added to your casino account balance".
For any wager made, the wager is deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the Player's bonus balance are only played if there is no cash balance.
If a player does not want the bonus that has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a casino customer support to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, where after the reversal will take place. If Play-through have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have been met.
The minimum required deposit in order to receive any bonus is $25 unless otherwise stated.
No cash-ins will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honored, until a minimum deposit of $25has been made, unless otherwise stated.
The wagering requirement differs for each bonus. Players should read the specific details (Full Bonus Terms and conditions provided for each bonus to find out the wagering requirement for that particular bonus or note any bonuses received by confirmation or promotion e-mail.
Bets placed on all forms of card and table games do not count towards the wagering requirements unless other wise stated. Only bets placed on slots, keno will count 100% towards the wagering requirements. In case you do not want to get any bonus for your play, please advice at support@Casinostates.net before you start playing, otherwise you will need to wager fully on your bonus.
The Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on the above games, before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.
Please remember to read all the details (Full Bonus Terms and conditions) of every promotion and bonus offer so there will be no confusion when it comes to withdrawing winnings.
The Casino's Promotions department will be the sole judge in respect of honoring any promotional offer. The Casino reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice.
The minimum amount to withdraw is $100.
Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancelation of the player's winnings

The Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. Should CasinoStates learn that any of the above rulings listed from I to X has been affected by the player at any other web based casino, then CasinoStates will act accordingly.

In acceptance of the said rulings the player agrees to partake in any promotional or advertising events / upon acceptance of any prize and/or winnings that has been accrued from CasinoStates and thereby endorses the use of that players name for the said practice without any compensation or payment to the player., unless this is in violation of any law or ruling that could affect it. In the event of a complaint or dispute in the Casino, the complaint must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event happening. If the complaint is received after this time, we will simply not address it. However, if there are extenuating circumstances; for example: A Player is incapacitated or otherwise unavailable for comment, we will address these issues on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the 14 day rule above.

The Player's account name is not transferable or changeable; the account name and password should be kept private at all times. The Casino is not obliged to store user names or passwords should they be lost or misplaced; unless it is an error that is the responsibility of the Casino.

If a player attempts to defraud the Casino or is proven to be a cheat by making false or given false information in order to secure a place in the casino, or maligns the casino in any way with false accusation or libelous statements, CasinoStates will pursue the perpetrator using the full extent of law enforcement and its agencies in order to safeguard its reputation and will instigate any legal suits for damages against the said player and prosecute accordingly.

The Player shall hold the Casino, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers risk free and shall fully underwrite the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that could result because of: (i) the Player's entry, use, or reuse of the Web Site, (ii) the Player's use of any materials at the Web Site, (iii) the Player's entry, use, or reuse of the Casino's server, (iv) the Player's activity in the Casino and its games, or, (v) the Player's acceptance of any winnings or prizes.

Furthermore the Player further indisputably agrees to indemnify CasinoStates, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all action within the Casino and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. This occurrence shall include (but not limited to) any legal implication that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Players jurisdiction, territory or country.

CasinoStates is the trade name of the Casino, and the Player has no rights to use or employ such a term, or any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by participating in the Web Site and the material contained therein.

If any of the materials of the Casino games are interfered with mutilated, forged or damaged they become void and unusable. Despite of how they are obtained, whether physically or electronically. Material liability of the Casino games that contains any error is only limited to a replacement of the same material.

A player is only allowed to withdraw up to $2,500 per week. (Defined by the currency of play) If the amount wished to be withdrawn is greater than $2,500, then the remaining amount will be put back into the player's account, thus allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following month respectively. For example: If a Player should choose to withdraw $20,000 this week, $2,500 will be withdrawn this week while the rest will be put back into the casino account.
