Valid Account Information

Fraud Verification Process
Fraud Management will randomly select some accounts for a verification process that consists in reviewing all transactions, the paperwork that has been received to make sure it is complete, legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and review the account game sessions and wagering requirements.
Since this is a random procedure and there is no way to know who will be selected however, it is a one time procedure, therefore every customer that requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all corresponding requirements for a payout in order.

Max withdrawal:
There is no limit to the amount a player can withdraw but there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn in one week.
